Vibrating Feeder

Operating Principle
Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward. When the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, avoiding the further crushing, so screening can be reached.

Operating Principle
Apron feeders consist primarily of two strands of endless tractor chain with either cast manganese or fabricated steel pans bolted to a common link of each strand. The chains are driven by sprockets that are mounted to a head shaft. The pans travel with the chain and articulate over the head sprockets to discharge material.
